At SKNwithAngel, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and services — including digital products/services, virtual consultations, and skincare-related items — we do not offer refunds or returns once a purchase has been completed.

Damaged or Defective Items
We will only offer a replacement or refund if a physical product arrives damaged or defective due to transit.
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of:
- The damaged or defective product
- The shipping packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Items

- Services rendered
- Gift cards
- Sale or promotional items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
Processing
